Most importantly, with Pakistan Super League (PSL) getting more traction each year, the international image of cricket in Pakistan is slowly but surely improving.
Therefore, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has also taken several steps to improve the standards of cricket in Pakistan.
Southern Command Commander Lt Gen Asim Saleem Bajwa inaugurated the stadium in Chaman Balochistan by playing a shot, before handing it over to the cricket association.

Besides that, a friendly match between Chaman XI and Qilla Abdullah XI was also played at the country’s first AstroTurf cricket stadium.

Most importantly, it is a great step to improve the quality of cricket in Pakistan specially in Balochistan.
Lt. Gen. Asim Saleem Bajwa claims that Balochistan has great potential and this initiative will not only help the locals but also provide an immaculate facility to all the cricket stars.
He further added:
"Peace is visible everywhere. Wherever we go, people ask for good educational institutes and roads."
