After the Saudi Airlines, Saudi Arabian Flynas SaudiGulf Launching Pakistan Operations. Saudi Arabia is always on Pakistan’s top list. However Saudi Arabia has much demand for flights due to the Holy cities and pilgrimage.
The two Saudi Arabian Flynas SaudiGulf Launching Pakistan Operations are:

It is the first Saudi Low-cost carrier. Flynas used to operate to Pakistan until 2013 but they seized due to some uncertain reason but they are planning for a comeback. Flynas formely Nas Air, is a domestic and international low-cost airline based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and it is country's first budget airline. Saudi Arabian Flynas SaudiGulf Launching Pakistan Operations. The airline is going to resume flights on Dammam-Lahore, Riyadh-Lahore and Riyadh-Islamabad Sectors. According to information available, the airline will use 2 types of aircrafts for this operations. Airbus A-320 aircraft will be used on Dammam-Lahore and Riyadh-Islamabad Sectors, whereas the airline intends to start Jeddah-Lahore operations with Boeing 767 aircraft.

Flynas intend to start the services in February 2018 and the first flight will be operated on 1st February 2018 between Dammam-Lahore with Airbus A-320 aircraft. Other routes are expected to start on 15th February 2018 betwee Riyadh-Lahore, Riyadh-Islamabad and Jeddah-Lahore.
2) SaudiGulf
Saudi Gulf is a private airline based in Dammam. It is the third Saudi flag carrier owned by Abdulhadi Al Qahtani and Sons Holding Company (Tareq Al Qahtani and Brothers). The airline operates a fleet of A320 aircrafts while they have plans for 16 Boeing 777. Now they are planning to commence operations from Dammam to the four cities of Pakistan which include Lahore, Peshawar, Islamabad, and Sialkot. The airline will use A320 aircrafts which come equipped with leather seats in both compartments, Business and Economy Class. The start of Saudi Gulf would provide a tough competition to the other airlines as it provides good facilities at a cheap price.
SaudiGulf will be represented by Gerry's Group in Pakistan. SaudiGulf has announced the start of its operations to four destinations in Pakistan as part of its international route expansion program from March 1, 2018. SaudiGulf fares are to start from 12,000 PKR and include free seat selection, hot meals, in-flight entertainment services as well as personalized customer service.
Emphasizing on the pivotal role of travel trade in maintaining the relationship between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Pakistan, SaudiGulf Airlines will commence direct flights from Dammam to Lahore & Islamabad with a frequency of 4 flights per week as well as 3 flights per week connecting Dammam with Sialkot & Peshawar.
Mr. Karim Makhlouf, Chief Commercial Officer,in a statement at a press conference in Islamabad stated:
This strategic decision was taken by SaudiGulf Airlines aligned with the Saudi Vision 2030 to support the expanding growth in infrastructure projects in the kingdom which will ultimately contribute to ease of travel to passengers between Saudi Arabia & Pakistan.
Furthermore, the routes shall be utilized to carry passengers from the mentioned destinations in Pakistan across the kingdom of Saudi Arabia though the Dammam hub. Connections mainly include Jeddah &Medina dedicated to carry Hajj & Umrah passengers.
