Karate is now predominantly a striking art using punching, kicking, knee strikes, elbow strikes and open-hand techniques such as knife-hands, spear-hands, and palm-heel strikes. Historically, and in some modern styles, grappling, throws, joint locks, restraints, and vital-point strikes are also taught. A karate practitioner is called a karateka.

Shaheen Shah Afridi Teenage New Cricket Pace Bowler Broke 43 Years Old Record for Pakistan

Shaheen Shah Afridi Teenage New Cricket Pace Bowler Update: Pakistan seemed to have found yet another pace-bowling prodigy in the form of Shaheen Afridi, who made his first-class cricket debut with a bang, taking eight wickets to set a new Pakistan record.

Making Shaheen Shah Afridi Teenage New Cricket Pace Bowler debut for Khan Research Laboratory (KRL) against Rawalpindi, Shaheen bagged 8 for 39 in 15 overs in the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy, Pakistan’s premier domestic tournament. He hence broke Nadeem Malik’s record of 8 for 58, set in 1973-74.

Though Nadeem failed to make it on the international circuit, Shaheen is expected to go further considering his cricketing roots. His brother, Riaz Afridi has played one Test for Pakistan.

Shaheen Shah Afridi Teenage New Cricket Pace Bowler said:
“I was born and raised in Landi Kotal, Khyber Agency of FATA. I was very fortunate that Riaz bhai played for Pakistan and I did not face much problems or resistance in choosing cricket as my career. He was a great inspiration for me and helped me learn the basics of bowling. He would take me to the ground and told me to play with a tape ball. His contribution is great.”
After taking only one wicket in the first innings, Shaheen Shah Afridi Teenage New Cricket Pace Bowler emerged as a completely different bowler by grabbing 8 for 39 in the second.

Born in Khyber Agency of FATA, Pakistan, Shaheen Shah Afridi Teenage New Cricket Pace Bowler is just 17 years old. Mushtaq Ahmed, the legendary leg spinner of Pakistan and the head coach of National Cricket Academy, discovered him a few years ago during an under-16 talent hunt programme of the Pakistan Cricket Board and trained him further.

Shaheen is a left arm pacer and has a swift repeatable action with a remarkable temperament.
His natural swing is in-swing to the right handers but he can also bowl away from the right handers.

When he was put on the speed gun during PCB U16 camp last year, he was consistently hitting 135+ and occasionally 140+, and he was just 16 at the time. As he is getting stronger and playing competitive cricket, a further rise is expected in his speed in the future.

In short, Shaheen has everything which makes him a remarkable and promising fast bowler. He was also fortunate to have been coached and mentored by the renowned coach of Peshawar, Abdul Rehman, the assistant coach of Peshawar Zalmi.

Shaheen Afridi has also signed a two-year contract with Dhaka Dynamites, one of the leading franchises of Bangladesh Premier League (BPL).

Saya Corporation, the company that represents Shaheen, has confirmed that various teams of Pakistan Super League (PSL) are keen on playing Shaheen in the upcoming edition of the PSL.

Pakistan has been known for his destructive pace bowling and with youngsters like Shaheen, the future of fast bowling in Pakistan looks promising.

F-Secure DNS Hijacking WiFi Router Checker Absolute Overview for Internet Users Safety

F-Secure DNS Hijacking WiFi Router Checker Update: Today all Internet users uses Wi Fi routers, so it is very necessary to check that your Wi Fi router is absolutely safe or not.

Many Wi Fi router can be hijacked by the attackers so one question is important which is, has your router been hijacked? You might not have any idea how to answer that question. Fortunately, there’s an easy way to find out… and it’s both fast and free.

Why would you need to check? Because routers aren’t immune from the machinations of cyber criminals; they can be hacked and infected just like our computers can and since most people don’t pay a lot of attention to their routers once they’re up and running, a compromised one could put users at risk for a long, long time.

DNS hijacking can cause all kinds of nasty problems; it can lead to a flood of malicious advertising or push you toward phishing sites in an attempt to steal credentials for your banking, email, and social network accounts.

What is DNS Hijacking and why is it harmful?

A DNS hijack means that someone has intentionally modified the settings on your router without your consent. This type of attack allows an attacker to monitor, control, or redirect your Internet traffic. For example, if your router's DNS has been hijacked, any time you visit an online banking site on any device connected to that router, you may end up being redirected to a fake version of the site.

Read: Wi Tribe to Bring First 4.5G LTE Advanced Network in Pakistan

From there, the attacker can gain access to your banking session and use it to transfer money without your knowledge. Home routers can be hacked if they contain vulnerabilities, or if they are misconfigured.

What happens if my router's DNS has been hijacked?
  • DNS hijacking can alter the advertisements you see while browsing. If you start seeing inappropriate ads, such as porn ads, on normal pages that you visit, it might be a sign that you're in trouble.
  • Furthermore, advertisements can be modified to trick you. If you start to see warnings or notifications indicating there's something wrong with your computer, you may be the target of DNS hijacking.
  • DNS hijacks redirect your browser from popular web pages (such as social media and online banking sites) to fake versions of those sites. These fake sites collect your login credentials, personal information, and sometimes even credit card information and banking credentials.
So for prevention from DNS Hijacking, the security experts at F-Secure just announced in March 2015 their F-Secure DNS Hijacking WiFi Router Checker Tool. F-Secure DNS Hijacking WiFi Router Checker a dead-simple way to find out whether or not your DNS is working the way it should.

There’s no app to download and install, F-Secure DNS Hijacking WiFi Router Checker is just a Website you can Visit  Router Checker Website Here with any modern, standards-compliant browser. Current versions of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, and Opera should all work just fine.

Click the Check Your Router button of a F-Secure DNS Hijacking WiFi Router Checker, the test completes in just a few seconds. Results of the test, and details about your router’s DNS server, display within the Router Checker web page. Keep in mind that the results of the test will display the IP address information about the DNS server used by your router. It may not be the IP address assigned to your computer.

Add Router Checker to your privacy and security toolbox for a new layer of personal protection.
Thank you for visiting Mehran Post Internet Security Category to learn how to use Router Checker to be safe from DNS hijacking.

According to the navy spokesperson Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral Muhammad Zakaullah said:
"The successful firing demonstration of Sea King Helicopter Anti Ship Missile AShM was a testament to Pakistan Navy's war preparedness and professional capabilities."
The naval chief also visited the fleet units stationed in the sea and witnessed the sea exercises being carried out by naval fleet.

Speaking on the occasion, the Chief of Naval Staff appreciated the professionalism and high morale of the personnel. He reiterated the resolve of the Pakistan Navy to ensure country’s seaward defense and safeguard maritime interests at all costs.

Zakaullah added:
"I am proud of Pakistan Navy fleet's war preparations."
The Pakistan Navy in May received the seven surplus Westland Sea King multi-role helicopters it had ordered from the United Kingdom (UK) in 2016.

About Anti Ship Missile (AShM)

Sea King Helicopter Anti Ship Missile AShM are guided missiles that are designed for use against ships and large boats. Most anti-ship missiles are of the sea skimming variety, and many use a combination of inertial guidance and active radar homing.

A good number of other anti-ship missiles use infrared homing to follow the heat that is emitted by a ship; it is also possible for anti-ship missiles to be guided by radio command all the way.

The first anti-ship missiles, which were developed and built by Nazi Germany, used radio command guidance. These saw some success in the Mediterranean Theater in 1943–44, sinking or heavily damaging at least 31 ships with the Henschel Hs 293 and more than seven with the Fritz X, such as the Italian battleship Roma or the cruiser USS Savannah.

A variant of the HS 293 had a TV transmitter on board. The bomber carrying it could then fly outside the range of naval AA guns and use TV guidance to lead the missile to its target by radio control.

Many anti-ship missiles can be launched from a variety of weapons systems including surface warships (they can then be referred to as ship-to-ship missiles), submarines, bombers, fighter planes, patrol planes, helicopters, shore batteries, land vehicles, and conceivably, even by infantrymen firing shoulder-launched missiles.

The term surface-to-surface missile (SSM) is used when appropriate. The longer-range anti-ship missiles are often called anti-ship cruise missiles.

Even if Pakistan team had lost their game of Azadi Cricket Cup Pakistan 2017 yesterday (12th Septemeber 2017), cricket would have won, Pakistan would have won!

Let’s look at the journey of the revival of cricket in Pakistan and how it happened.

2008 – Terror Attacks in Lahore

Lahore suffered at the hands of terrorists on multiple occasions which led to the cancellation of Australia tour.

The Indian team also stopped visiting Pakistan after the Mumbai attacks in November 2008.

Pakistan Cricket Board had to face a loss of Rs. 336 million in 2008-09.

2009 – Attacks on Sri Lankan Cricket Team

On a day perfect for test match cricket, everything happened but cricket – the gloomiest days for cricket in Pakistan saw the Sri Lankan team attacked by terrorists on their way to Gaddafi Stadium.

On March 03, 2009, five Sri Lankan players were injured in a terror attack when they were heading towards Gaddafi Stadium on the third day of an ongoing test match.

The tour was cancelled and Pakistan’s status as a host nation came under serious doubts, which eventually led to the absence of cricket for a long time. PCB yet again suffered a huge loss of Rs. 208 million.

2010-13 – No Cricket

Pakistani players were forced to face exile and play cricket away from home following the attacks in March 2009. Pakistani stadiums stayed empty for a long time.

2013 – Afghanistan Visits Pakistan

Finally, some there was some respite for cricket fans as Afghanistan national team visited Pakistan to play limited over cricket against regional teams and Pakistan A in February 2013.

Pakistan A won the series by 2-0 against the low-profile Afghan side, however, it did not contribute much to the revival of cricket as not many eyes were watching the games.

2015 – International Cricket Returns to Pakistan But …

Team Zimbabwe finally said yes to a limited over cricket series in Lahore in 2015, which spurred hope among the cricket fans. It was the first time after 2009 that a test-playing nation had decided to visit Pakistan for a T20I and ODI series.

Despite the fact that all the matches were played, there was a blast outside the stadium in the second ODI, which put an end to the hopes of more cricket series in the near future.

2016 – Pakistan Tops the Test Rankings

Although it has no direct connection with the cricket revival in Pakistan, the message was given out loud to the cricketing communities that you cannot keep Pakistan away from cricket and cricket away from Pakistan.

2017 – The Year it All Happened

First, the successful hosting of Pakistan Super League 2 Final, then the Champions Trophy triumph and then the combined efforts of PCB, Giles Clark and Andy Flower made sure that Pakistan got what it deserved.

The long drought was put to an end when ICC announced the World XI tour to Pakistan in September 2017.

Each of the players who’ve come to Pakistan know that they’re playing for more than just cricket.
And this was just the start, more teams including Sri Lanka and West Indies have also decided to support Pakistan in the hour of need.

Some matches of the PSL Season 3 are also expected to be played in Pakistan next year.

This has been a tough journey for the cricket lovers, not just from Pakistan, but for fans all over the world. Let’s hope that everything goes well during this tour and in the tours to come.
